Information on implementation
Project scope: Our company provided hotel furniture for 237 rooms and common areas at the Holiday Inn Krakow hotel, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) chain.
The work also included furnishing the lobby, bar, restaurant and conference rooms. Challenges: Due to the hotel’s location in the center of Krakow, the logistics of furniture delivery and installation were difficult.
In addition, the work took place in an operating facility, which required minimal disruption to guests. Implementation: the furniture was made of flame-retardant materials in accordance with the Holiday Inn chain’s guidelines.
The installation took place in stages, which allowed the modernization work to be carried out smoothly. Results: The new furniture improved the aesthetics and functionality of the interiors, which received positive feedback from guests.
The owner decided to further replace the furniture throughout the facility, which further increased guest comfort and strengthened the hotel’s position in the market.
