Information on implementation
Scope of the project: our company realized a comprehensive furniture for Focus Hotel Premium Warsaw, covering 235 rooms and common areas, including the lobby, bar, and breakfast restaurant.
In addition, we supplied chairs for the conference room, which is an integral part of the hotel’s conference facilities. Design : the furniture design for the rooms was provided by Nowicki Design Office, while the designs for the common areas were made by AGK.
Our company made optimizations in the design, especially in terms of the use of materials such as stone in the reception and bar counters, which allowed us to maintain high quality while reducing costs. Implementation process: The project was implemented in stages, taking into account the progress of construction work in the newly constructed building.
The installation of furniture was carried out in floors, which required close coordination with other construction work.
Our direct client was Prestige Developer, the company responsible for the construction of the hotel. Challenges and Innovations: We encountered several challenges during construction, including the particularly interesting design of the bathroom cabinets, which were based on metal racks that allowed for the installation of mirrors and sinks.
An additional challenge was the creation of distinctive furniture, such as TV panels combined with desks, which had to meet the requirements of the Focus Premium hotel chain. Logistics and Installation: The logistics of installation were difficult due to the large size of the facility and the need to share elevators with other companies working on site.
Despite the congestion and complicated conditions, all work was completed on time. Results and Feedback: Focus Hotel Premium Warsaw is highly rated by guests, who appreciate both the aesthetics and functionality of the furniture.
Cooperation with Prestige Developer was not our first project – we previously worked together on the Aqua Resort in Międzyzdroje, which further strengthened our business relationship.
