Information on implementation
Project Scope: As part of our cooperation with the Szczawnica Park Resort & Spa Hotel *****, our company was pleased to provide comprehensive furniture for this modern and prestigious facility, combining contemporary design with the regional character of the Pieniny Mountains. The project included 110 rooms and suites, including two-story rooms. Our role included the manufacture and installation of box furniture, kitchenettes, distinctive chairs with a folklore “heart” motif, sofas that are hotel extensions, and bathroom cabinets.
In the common areas, we took care of the highest quality furnishings, realizing reception and bar counters, upholstered seating, walls with built-in TVs, and furniture and cabinets for the spa rooms. In addition, we provided breakfast buffets, tables and elevator enclosures that harmonize with the modern character of the facility.
Execution Process: The implementation of the project was carried out in stages, in accordance with the progress of the construction of the building, which required precise coordination of our activities. We began with the installation of bathroom cabinets and kitchenettes, and finished with free-standing furniture. The challenge was to adapt the countertops to the visible CO and plumbing in several complicated rooms, and to install cabinets with a large number of custom drawers. In addition, the client required the installation of motion-sensing LED lighting in the furniture, which added to the complexity of the work.
Challenges: The facility’s location in a valley with a narrow access road made it difficult to deliver furniture directly to the hotel. Our team had to transport the pieces from some distance, which was an additional challenge, especially given the short time for assembly. Nevertheless, thanks to our experience and flexibility, the project was successfully completed. Customer feedback, expressed among others through reviews on portals such as Booking.com, confirms the high quality and comfort of the new furniture.
Design and materials: the design of the furniture was provided by SP Projekt from Nowy Sacz, and the design used fabrics imported from Italy, which we used in the bed casings and headboards. To optimize costs, we changed the fabrics on the armchairs and pouffes, while maintaining aesthetics and quality, which was appreciated by the client.
