Information on implementation
Lake Hill Mazury, formerly known as the Radisson Blu Resort & Conference Center, is a prestigious 5-star hotel located in the picturesque heart of Masuria. The hotel offers exceptional comfort surrounded by nature, with access to lakes and forests, as well as modern conference and spa facilities. The property stands out for its high standard of services, attracting both business guests and tourists.
In 2024, the hotel was honored with the prestigious Profit Hotel® Awards, winning the titles of best resort hotel in Poland and best spa & wellness facility in Poland, as well as an honorable mention as a finalist in the best facility for families with children category.
Scope of the project: our company was engaged to carry out a comprehensive furnishing of 225 hotel rooms in two wings of the building. As part of the project, we installed bunk beds on metal structures, which we clad with panels to achieve a consistent and elegant look. In the larger rooms, we used openwork walls made of wooden beams, which also serve to hide the electrical wiring and bring outlets. We also furnished all common areas, including the reception, bars, lobby, and spa, where we made cabinets, cosmetics racks and decorative ceilings.
Design and implementation: the design of furniture for rooms and common areas was prepared by a design office from Olsztyn. Our company carried out optimizations, such as reducing the height of the headrests, which reduced production costs. The SPA design, developed by another company, was modified during implementation according to the requirements of the hotel owner. Due to the specific financial conditions of the client, the implementation of the project was staggered.
Challenges: One of the key challenges was mounting the heavy bathroom cabinets, which had stone countertops and large sinks. Mounting to drywall walls through thick tiles required special mounting studs and metal support structures. In addition, the installation of the decorative ceilings required the precise alignment of components for lighting and electrical installations, which was another technical challenge.
Effects and feedback: The furnishings delivered to the Radisson Blu Resort & Conference Center, have been very well received by both the investor and hotel guests. The positive feedback we have received confirms that the quality of our furniture meets the highest standards, and the comfort offered by the hotel translates into a high level of reservations.
Continued cooperation: This project is the next stage of our cooperation with Mr. Artur Kozija and his company Europlan, for whom we previously carried out projects such as Metropolo by Golden Tulip in Krakow and Lake Hill Sosnówka.
