Information on implementation
Project scope: Within the framework of cooperation with the King Plaza Sea Resort hotel in Jaroslawiec, our company was responsible for comprehensive furniture furnishings for 250 suites.
The project included the delivery of beds, closets, desks, kitchenettes, tables, closets and luggage racks.
All furniture was designed on the basis of the client’s guidelines, which allowed us to create individual solutions perfectly tailored to the specific needs of the facility. Implementation process: The project was implemented in stages, in full synchronization with the progress of the construction work.
This was a newly constructed hotel, which required us to be flexible in adjusting the installation schedule to the changing conditions on site.
Despite construction delays occurring, all work was completed on schedule. Challenges and logistics: Due to the long distance from our headquarters and the hotel’s location by the sea, logistics and installation were a challenge, especially since the work had to be carried out in stages.
The client provided accommodation for our installation team, which made it easier to organize the work on site.
Despite the difficulties, the project was successful, and the delivered furniture received very positive feedback from both the client and hotel guests. Effects and after-sales service: the furniture delivered to the King Plaza Sea Resort is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also functional and durable.
The client emphasized that they optically enlarge the rooms, which fits perfectly with the architecture of the building.
After three summer seasons of use, there have been no complaints, confirming the high quality and durability of our products.
Our company also provided after-sales service, which included adjusting the fronts in the kitchen annexes, which further strengthened the customer’s satisfaction. Continued cooperation: Although this was our first cooperation with this client, it went so well that we are now planning with the client to renovate another existing hotel building within the same complex.
Our ability to adapt to the client’s needs and flexibility in implementing the project have been appreciated, which opens the door to further joint projects.
