Information on implementation
Project scope: our company had the pleasure of realizing a comprehensive furniture for the Campanile Warsaw North hotel, covering 158 hotel rooms.
The scope of work included the delivery and installation of furniture according to the design provided by the investor, FTC construction company.
In each room, we installed closets with desks on metal frames, chaise longues without a folding function, beds with mattresses, upholstered headboards with LED lighting, bedside tables and coffee tables.
In addition, we supplied sofa beds in several apartments, and installed metal frame cabinets and bathroom accessories in bathrooms. Implementation process: The project’s implementation was divided into four stages, adapted to the progress of construction work.
The hotel building was being modernized, and our company was responsible for adapting the furniture design to specific technical and architectural conditions.
In the first stage, we made a model room, which served as a standard for further work.
The installation of furniture was carried out successively, two floors at a time, in the new part of the building.
In the modernized part, we had to wait for the construction work to be completed, which introduced some delays, but we managed to complete the project on schedule. Challenges and logistics: One of the main challenges was the construction delays in the retrofitted part of the building, which required us to be flexible and wait for the technical conditions necessary for furniture assembly to be met.
Despite this, logistics and access to the facility were seamless, allowing for smooth delivery and installation of furniture. Results and feedback: The site manager expressed satisfaction with the implementation, particularly appreciating the timeliness and quality of the delivered furniture.
Thanks to the introduction of new furniture, the hotel space gained in functionality and aesthetics, which positively influenced the comfort of guests and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
